About Me
I'm a Product Designer skilled in UX Research and Service Design.
I come from Iran, and yeah, as a woman, I’ve faced many difficulties while building my path independently. I’m proud of that because it made me stronger at solving problems, adapting, and not giving up easily. I’m a hard worker, curious to learn, and I believe that even when life gets difficult, you can still create something brighter.
About my background, I started with architecture and interior design, where I learned to understand people through space, behaviour, and context.
That gradually moved me toward visual communication, UX research and digital products, where I could work not only with spaces, but with entire journeys, systems and interactions.
Then, in Italy, in Milan, I hold a Master's degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano (Grade: 105/110), where I developed expertise in translating complex user problems into elegant, scalable design solutions.
My career spans from healthcare platforms at Rehabilia to B2B digital services, improving content and user hierarchy across different platforms and enhancing the abilities of each service in the systems. I'm driven by research-backed design that bridges human needs with business objectives. I believe the best designs emerge from deep user understanding and iterative exploration.
