About Product

The challenge for B2B businesses like us is the small number of customers and the limited market. For this reason, a lot of effort is made to satisfy these customers. Decoration stores and decorators are one of the group of users who are customers of Decorachi and are in the highest priority, so understanding the needs and insights of these users allows us to come up with ideas and build user-centric products. In the user experience process, by gathering information from the experience of current customers from different parts of the country, we gained sufficient insight into the needs, goals, pain points and obstacles, and this has helped us increase user satisfaction and loyalty. We will explain it.I designed the app's visual UI and translated our offering map into concrete features — deciding how every service surfaces and becomes joinable. Two modes carry it: Smart Route for moving, Explore City for discovering.

User research

User research is used to understand the needs, behaviors, experience and motivations of the user using various qualitative and quantitative methods to be aware of the process of solving user problems. We used two sources of information as follows: Current data channels: The number of data input channels generates a lot of raw data. Information inputs of social networks such as Telegram and WhatsApp. If you look at the history of messages exchanged between the company and decorative customers, you can understand the goals of these users and customers to establish a relationship with the company. Decorative direct telephone communication was also one of our other information inputs. For example, in social networks, in the process of order support and follow-up, we saw feedback about the breakage of the shipment, which, following the sales team, we reproduced and sent back the customer's order. The product team conducted user research with 5 target users.

Affinity Diagram

After collecting qualitative data obtained from user interviews with 5 people, their needs and challenges are categorized based on the topics of "experience and challenge" and "communication".

Empathy Map

Empathy canvas is used to understand more dimensions of user behaviors and needs. Each area helps us to look at the audience from different angles and gain in-depth insights from them.

Due to the limitations and priorities of the business and the issue of minimum acceptable product (MVP), some solutions have reached the implementation stage and other solutions will be implemented in future versions.
